What products do you ship?

We ship premium quality art prints of original watercolour paintings by the artist Colin Wood.

How will my prints be packaged?

Our global print partner will ship your prints securely.

Paper prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and then rolled inside a stout cardboard tube and there might also be an outer box.

How do I unbox my print?

For paper prints, carefully, with clean hands, pull out the rolled print and unwrap it from the tissue paper. There are several YouTube™ videos on how to flatten prints, but basically the idea is to roll the print around the tube in the opposite direction of the curl. Hold for a few minutes and then unroll the print. If there is still any slight curl place it between two sheets of clean card and weigh it down with books and leave for a few hours.

Do you ship framed ready-to-hang prints?

No, it is a print-only service currently, but we're thinking about it.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to: United Kingdom, USA, Australia, New Zealand.

Can I pay in my local currency?

You most certainly can. Select your currency from the drop down menu at the top of the Home page.

How much is shipping to these zones?

Shipping cost to our zones are included in the price.

When will my order arrive?

It varies according to shipping zone but generally within 3 - 7 days. Refer to our Shipping Policy 

How do you fulfil orders?

We use Gelato, a premium quality print-on-demand partner. They print your order in a facility local to you which means shipping costs are kept down, delivery is speeded up and its better for the planet too.

What if something goes wrong with my order?
